Orders & Shipping
📦 How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 2 business days to get your wheels rolling ASAP. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to United States and Canada. If you're outside these areas, contact us to see if we can make it happen.
⏳ What if my order is delayed?
Shipping times depend on the carrier. Unexpected delays (weather, logistics issues, etc.) may occur beyond our control, but rest assured, we’ll help however we can.
🚧 Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes—we do not ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or U.S. Territories. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.
Pre-Orders
🗓️ How do I know if something is a pre-order?
If the product says Pre-Order, it means it’s not shipping today. You’re locking in a set from our next run.
📍 When will my pre-order ship?
The ship date depends on the spec you pick. You’ll see the ETA under AVAILABILITY, right above the quantity box.
🧾 Do I pay now or when it ships?
Payment is collected at checkout to lock in your set from the next batch. Once it's in, we ship it your way.
📝 Can I change my spec after ordering?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Just contact us and we’ll update your order if we’ve got availability.
📌 Why do you use pre-orders?
We move in limited, purpose-driven batches — pre-orders let you lock in ahead of the restock.
Too many people hit us later saying, “Damn, I should’ve waited for that one.”
Payments
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

Absolutely. Our wheels are engineered to handle rugged trails, heavy loads, and hardcore adventures without breaking a sweat.
🛠️ Do your wheels come with lug nuts or center caps?
Our wheels come with Blackhorn Offroad center caps, but lug nuts are sold separately. Give our lugs a try—they’re built tough and ready for anything. You might be surprised at how solid they are.

Our advanced paint process creates a rich, rugged look, but natural batch-to-batch variations are part of the deal.

And with FDE, that individuality goes a step further—its ultra-matte, earthy surface tends to hold onto oil stains, dust, and trail grime more than smoother finishes. Returns & Refunds
🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, as long as the wheels are unused, unmounted, and in original packaging with valve tag attached. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and shipping charges may apply.

💰 When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed immediately, minus any applicable fees. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
